The safety of partners, former partners, children, and families remains central to intervention and prevention. Facilitators remain attentive to coercion, intimidation, retaliation, and other risks outside the group.

Is FVIP psychotherapy?
No. FVIP is an educational intervention program. It is not psychotherapy, couples counseling, or a substitute for clinical care.
